2026 Kia K5 for Sale in West Nyack, NY

Needing a family car doesn't mean you have to settle for something boring. With its athletic styling, refined cabin, and responsive performance, the Kia K5 helps enliven the midsize sedan segment. The K5 is comfortable, capable, and satisfying to drive. It's also nicely equipped, offering a balanced mix of everyday practicality and premium touches. A recent mid-cycle refresh has further elevated the Kia K5 experience, bringing a more dynamic exterior design, upgraded tech features, increased standard performance, and more.

Performance

The 2026 K5 is equipped with an upgraded naturally aspirated 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, producing 195 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque-a boost of 11 horsepower over last year's base setup. Most models channel power to the front wheels via a smooth and efficient 8-speed automatic transmission. However, if you're seeking more surefooted traction for upstate New York's various seasons, all-wheel drive is available for the GT-Line trim.

For drivers who want something more engaging, the Kia K5 GT offers a genuine performance sedan experience. It has a turbocharged 2.5-liter engine that generates a stout 290 horsepower and 311 lb-ft of torque. It also includes handling enhancements like sport-tuned suspension, sharper steering, and larger brakes.

Interior

The 2026 Kia K5's inviting interior is both stylish and functional. It's a nice place to spend time, even on longer journeys, thanks to its well-cushioned yet supportive seating, intuitive controls, and ample passenger space, even for taller occupants. The Kia K5 is also impressively practical for the segment, offering thoughtful small-item storage solutions, a large trunk (15.6 cubic feet), and 60/40 split-folding rear seats.

The 2026 Kia K5 has many desirable amenities that improve comfort and convenience, including standard equipment like Smart Key proximity entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, hands-free trunk access, and a rear center armrest with cupholders. Depending on the trim and package combination, you can upgrade your West Nyack drives with features like:

  • Power-adjustable front seats with driver memory
  • Heated and ventilated front seats
  • Panoramic sunroof
  • SynTex leatherette upholstery
  • Driver-position memory
  • Power-folding side mirrors
  • Digital Key 2 (phone-as-a-key)

Technology and Driver Assistance

Kia's new Connected Car Navigation Cockpit is a standout feature of the updated Kia K5's interior. The infotainment system blends a 12-inch digital gauge cluster with a 12.3-inch central touchscreen into a seamless panoramic display. It also includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless access to hands-free calls and messages, music, streaming media, Google or Apple Maps, and more without cable clutter.

While there's no replacement for maintaining alertness behind the wheel, the 2026 Kia K5 supports your attentive driving with an extensive driver-assistance roster, including standard technologies like:

  • Forward Collision Avoidance-Assist with Pedestrian, Cyclist, and Junction Turning Detection
  • Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go
